Access programme

The OLG Access Programme enables individuals to elevate their numeracy and English skills.

If you are one of the following individuals then this programme is for you: school leavers who do not meet the minimum requirements to do a Higher Certificate (NQF Level 5). Individuals who are employed but want to develop themselves academically in order to study further Higher Education qualifications. Candidates over the age of 45 must have the equivalent of Grade 8 English level of competence.

Course outcomes

Upon successful completion of the OLG Access Programme:

Students can apply for the Higher Certificate in Logistics Management
Students can apply for the Higher Certificate in Procurement Management

Duration

The OLG Access Programme must be completed in a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 1 year.

Admission requirements

Open to candidates who have not obtained a Matric Certificate.
Candidates must be over the age of 23 and have at least two years of work experience in a related field (you will need to provide a CV).
Candidates over the age of 45 must have the equivalent of Grade 8 English level of competence.
