Critically reflect on key issues in procurement management: outsourcing, quality, inventory, time, sourcing, price, total cost of ownership, and negotiations
Apply procurement principles to various types of buying situations
Investigate and understand the role of procurement in electronic commerce
Understand contract management and its role in procurement
Apply performance metrics to procurement
