Your assignments are submitted online via our OLG4Me student portal platform. Assignment submissions will have a DRAFT status to allow you to make amendments. When you have successfully submitted your assignment your assignment status will change to “SUBMIITED”
We no longer facilitate physical sit down examinations. All examinations are conducted online and an examination venue is no longer required.
Please note timetables are not posted to students and must be downloaded from the OLG4ME portal. If you have an issue, please e-mail your request, with your student number, to logistics@olg.co.za or fax 086 501 0099.
Exam results can be downloaded from the OLG4ME portal.
You may apply for an examination remarking if you failed your exam and obtained a mark between 36 -39 %. The remarking fee for a script is R550 for 2020/2021. A fee of R500 is also payable if you would like to view your script. Please enquire through our contact center (011 670 4764) or email us at logistics@olg.co.za

Your E-Books are dispatched to you via email. Dispatch takes place after each registration period within the academic year.
Our turnaround time for registration is 4-7 working days provided that all supporting documents are submitted and correct. Students will receive a SMS once they are fully registered.

Kindly refer to the terms and conditions on the application form. Cancellation will only be considered between the date the agreement is entered into( i.e. when application form is signed) and the date of registration. Once material has been dispatched, usually within 7 days of registration, the student will become liable for cancellation fees. Cancellation is only possible within the first 30 days after registration. Thereafter the full program fees will be charged.
