In the wholesale and retail industry, your stock is your business’s value. The Dispatching and Receiving Clerk program is designed to turn you into the ultimate gatekeeper of that value. One of the greatest challenges businesses face today is “shrinkage” – the small, daily losses that eat away at profits. Most of these losses happen right at the loading dock, often because staff haven’t had the specialized training they need.

This qualification changes that story. We empower you with the precision and expertise to record every item entering or leaving the building with 100% accuracy. You won’t just be moving boxes; you will be implementing sophisticated measures to reduce shrinkage and maintain flawless stock records. Master these skills and become an indispensable asset who directly protects the company’s bottom line while building a professional career in global logistics.
