Duration: Approximately 12 months of structured knowledge, practical and workplace components during which training, practical experience, logbook record keeping from the workplace and a written external integrated summative assessment (EISA) will lead to a full qualification.

This programme is developed to prepare the learner to operate as a supply chain practitioner who can plan, organise, execute, control and coordinate the activities and inter-relationships across the supply chain environment.

What can learners expect?
On completion of this qualification learners can expect to be able to:

  • Plan and prepare transport schedule.
  • Allocate and dispatch drivers to shifts.
  • Monitor and inspect trips and maintain operational documents and records.
  • Prepare reports for management
Admission Requirements
Prospective learners should be competent in:
• A qualification on NQF Level 3 with Mathematical Literacy
