Assessment & Certification

  • Formative Assessment: Continuous evaluation of theory and practical skills conducted by your training provider.
  • Workplace Portfolio: Submission of a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) documenting real-world achievements on the job.
  • Summative Assessment (EISA): A final External Integrated Summative Assessment conducted by the QCTO Quality Partner to verify your competence.
  • Certification: Successful learners receive the Occupational Certificate: Retail Supervisor from the QCTO.
