This course equips aspiring and current facilitators, trainers, and learning professionals with the skills to design, structure, and develop effective training programmes. Learners will gain the ability to create outcomes‑based curricula, develop session plans, design assessments, and produce high‑quality learning materials aligned to organizational or accredited standards.

Basic facilitation or training experience is helpful but not required
