As an Assistant Fleet Officer at Eskom, Nicolene Auffray already had a demanding career. But between raising two children, managing family responsibilities, supporting her husband through a cancer diagnosis, and coping with the loss of two close family members, completing her Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management became one of the greatest challenges of her life.

Despite the obstacles, Nicolene remained committed to her studies, often studying late into the night and finding moments wherever she could.

Her determination paid off. Not only did she complete her qualification, but she also gained the confidence, knowledge, and professional credibility that helped her successfully secure a new position within Eskom.
